Roles and purpose
When YRV Work processes personal data to operate accounts, projects, messages, security and payments, it does so within the purposes described in the Privacy Policy and legitimate instructions related to the service.
Subprocessors
The platform may use hosting, email, payment, storage and artificial-intelligence providers. They should receive only the data necessary for the contracted function and be subject to appropriate security and confidentiality obligations.
Incidents
Relevant security incidents will be assessed and handled under applicable law, including notification to individuals or authorities when required.
Data-subject requests
YRV Work may assist with access, correction, deletion and other applicable rights, subject to technical and legal limitations.
Termination
After the relationship ends, data will be deleted, anonymized or retained for the period required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, accounting or the defense of rights.
Instructions, access and confidentiality
Access to personal data should be limited to people, systems and providers that genuinely need it for their function. Processing should not be extended to incompatible purposes without an appropriate basis.
Security and continuity
Measures include access control, protection against improper requests, logical data separation, logging of relevant events, protected file storage and credentials kept outside the public web area. No system is risk-free and controls should be reviewed as the platform evolves.
Subprocessors and international transfers
Hosting, email, payment, storage and AI providers may act as subprocessors. Where international processing occurs, mechanisms and safeguards required by applicable law should be observed.
Cooperation and termination
Requests from data subjects, authorities and legitimate audits will be handled consistently with law and the security of other users. At termination, data is deleted, anonymized or retained only where justified for legal, contractual, anti-fraud, accounting or rights-defense purposes.
